Volunteer Operations Coordinator (part time)

Reporting to the Volunteers & Internships Manager and working closely with the Volunteer Program Coordinator, this role is responsible for providing admin, training and logistics support for 300 volunteers at the Festival. This role would suit somebody with production coordination experience who has strong skills in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, keen attention to detail, and who is a friendly, proactive and positive team player.

Customer Service Representative (multiple roles) 

We are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to provide box office support to Sydney Writers’ Festival audience members and patrons from the presale period through to the conclusion of the Festival. These roles are responsible for maintaining an efficient, effective and professional ticketing service to both internal and external customers and assisting the Ticketing Supervisor as required.
