In 2025, Sydney Writers’ Festival will present a week-long Festival with over 230 events. These events will be attended by over 100,000 lovers of writing, reading, books and ideas. We present events at Carriageworks, Sydney Town Hall, City Recital Hall, as well as at several satellite venues across greater Sydney and a live-streamed program to a national audience in regional Australia. The Festival's diverse lineup includes everything from the world's most beloved, bestselling writers to family-friendly authors and exciting contemporary voices.
